Through the price calculator next to the product, you can enter your dimensions and fill in the required fields to create the background you would like to have. The first step is measuring the terrarium and making sure you have the correct inside dimensions.

Yes, you can order models that can be installed with magnets or vacuum cups. This applies to models intended for decorative purposes only and not for animals to climb or move on.

Production of standard-sized products usually takes around 10–12 business days. Larger orders and custom projects may require additional production time.

The standard sizes of the rocks are around 15–25 cm when ordered as a set. If you would like custom sizes, feel free to contact us for a custom quote.

No, only one discount code can be applied during checkout.

The thickness of each background is listed in the description of the model you are interested in.

We offer a 10% discount to all returning customers. If you send us photos of your first order and we repost them on our social media accounts, you will receive an additional 10% discount. To qualify, please make sure to keep a screenshot of the repost before placing your new order.

If your background arrives damaged, please report the damage to the post office or courier within 24 hours. Also, make sure to contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product. If the damage is minor, we will provide instructions on how to fix it. In case of major damage, we will make a replacement background for you.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a 40% cancellation fee will apply.

We have developed a special, extremely durable and natural-looking material suitable for all environments. All backgrounds are covered with protective layers and are completely water-neutral. The exact formulation of the materials remains a trade secret.

All Vivadecor backgrounds can be safely used in marine setups, aquariums, terrariums, paludariums, and similar environments. If you have species with sharper teeth or claws, please let us know in advance. Backgrounds for marine tanks, terrariums, and other environments require different types of protective coatings, so make sure to specify the intended use before placing your order.

Some background models and products require a glossy protective coating, which will become matte once placed underwater.

Some models are made in multiple parts, and if you are ordering such a model, please make sure to have the dimensions of the largest top opening (A × B) ready before placing your order.

All parcels are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number a few days after your order has been shipped.

Unfortunately, if the price calculator does not allow you to order a certain model due to the terrarium size, the model cannot be ordered. All backgrounds have their own minimum width and height requirements.

Any Vivadecor background can be cleaned with a toothbrush or a regular soft brush, such as the ones used in nail salons. Do not use knives, scalpels, metal brushes, or any other sharp or abrasive objects that could damage the surface.

We usually respond within 24 hours on working days. If you contact us during the weekend, you will receive a response on Monday. If you have not received a reply, please make sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Since all products are handmade and unique, your background or additional items may not be identical to the ones shown on the website. For this reason, we send photos of the finished products for your review before shipping them out.

Yes, orders placed during larger sales or promotional periods may require longer production times than usual.

No, if you do not select side panels or additional items in the price calculator, the background will be made without those additions.

Yes. All materials are non-toxic, free from odors from recycled materials, and designed specifically for decorative reptile and aquarium habitats. We use only the highest-quality materials in the production of the final product.

Yes. Every background, root system, cave structure, and decorative element is unique in itself due to its colors and textures, as they are not part of a fully automated production process. Upon request, we can also create a completely unique final product tailored to your specific requirements.
