Shipping Times
All VivaDecor terrarium backgrounds and decorations are handmade and, in most cases, made specifically for each customer. Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.
Production Time
Production time is the period required to manufacture and prepare your order.
The estimated production time for your product will be provided during the ordering process and may vary depending on the product type, size, level of customization and current production schedule.
Product Approval Before Shipping
Every VivaDecor product is shipped only after the customer has received photographs of the finished product and approved it for shipping.
Once your product is completed, we will send you photos for review. Your order will not be handed over to the shipping carrier until we receive your approval.
Any delay in receiving the customer's approval may therefore extend the total time before shipment.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after the finished product has been approved by the customer and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Estimated shipping times are:

All estimates refer to business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Important
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays and other circumstances outside VivaDecor's control may affect the actual delivery time.
Production time is not included in the shipping estimates shown above.
